Consultations are not required, but strongly encouraged, and ours are awesome! For more information about our consultation process visit here. All of our consultations are booked with our skincare specialists who will make personalized recommendations for all treatments and skincare for you!

We love children and dogs (we have some of our own), but unfortunately, we aren’t able to accommodate or take care of them during your North Medical Spa visit. And, because of safety concerns, we can’t let them hang out in our waiting room or in the treatment room with you. Please take this time to enjoy some quality YOU time.

All bookings online and over the phone require a credit card on file for our cancellation policy. You may see a North Medical Spa .50 cent hold on your credit card. Do not be alarmed! This is simply to verify your credit card for our cancellation policy. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a $50 cancellation fee will be incurred. Should you need to modify your booking, we advise accessing your client portal or giving us a call at 416-901-6672.

Please be mindful of your appointment time and notify by calling us directly at 416-901-6672 and giving us a heads up. We will always try our best to accommodate, however, we do book appointments back to back. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will not be able to treat you and a cancellation fee will apply. We value your time and ours and can’t wait to see you!

Tipping is not required, but gratefully appreciated for any amazing aesthetic treatment you receive (we love your Google reviews too). Our injectors do not accept tips, however you booking in for your follow-up appointment and any future injectables are tip enough!
