The Client Care Manager plays a key role in creating the elevated experience for our clients by building relationships to individualize our services, optimize bookings through careful management of our systems, thoughtfully working through all situations with exceptional communication, and bringing welcoming vibes to everyone we connect with.
This individual will help to grow the North community through thinking creatively to enhance and showcase the brand, services, and products. As well as contributing to new ways for lead generation and client experience manangement.
The ideal candidate is someone who would like to continue their career growth in management, has at least 3+ years in an elevated customer service environment, is computer savvy, creative, passionate about skincare and empowering others to feel their best.
This role is full-time, and includes evening and weekend shifts.
