Client Care Coordinator

We are excited to expand our Client Care team and are looking for a full-time Client Care Coordinator.

The Client Care Coordinator plays a key role in creating the elevated experience for our clients by building relationships to individualize our services, optimize bookings through careful management of our systems, thoughtfully working through all situations with exceptional communication, and bringing welcoming vibes to everyone we connect with.

The Client Care Coordinator will help to grow the North community through thinking creatively to enhance and showcase the brand, services, products, and client experience. Also contributing to new ways to retain and recover clients.

The ideal candidate is someone who would like to continue their career growth in management or aesthetics, takes initiatives to grow and develop in their role and within the company, has at least 3 years in an elevated customer service environment, is computer savvy, creative and passionate about empowering others to feel their best.

This role is full-time, and includes evening and weekend shifts.
